Lightning damage is lucky and damage conversion?

like the title says...
if i cast storm brand and its lightning damage is lucky but i have call of brotherhood witch 1 takes priority? the conversion or rolling damage as lucky? Last bumped on Jun 27, 2020, 10:41:58 AM

to clarify when i use stormbrand and it rolls the damage will it 1st convert the damage 40% to cold and then roll "lucky" for lightning damage or will it 1st roll the lucky strike and then take 40% it as cold?

I can’t say 100%, but I assume it converts first. Lucky just means the damage roll is done twice and in both cases you only deal 60% lightning damage.
