Facebreaker cyclone duelist build

Ok im lvl 58 and im trying the facebreaker cyclone build out. Well i have the gloves and the talisman that you need but cyclone doesnt work at all. Im on xbox so the button were cyclone is its not useable. I dont know where i messed up but any help will do i just want to use this build but for some reason i cant

Maybe you have a weapon equipped. If you do, unequipp it, you can't use facebreakers and a weapon at the same time.

No i have checked and double checked. I have a shield, facebreakers, talisman, a tabula rasa for the 6 link. But cyclone is grayed out and i cant use it.

Ok well i fixed the issue was miss placed gems. But my damage is really low. Im lvl 75 unbuffed cyclone does 32k buffed around 47k or so.
