Bug Reports (Path of Exile 1) - Steel Skin removes Withering Step buff - Forum

If you use Steel Skin while you have Withering Step buff up, it completely removes it and you end up with only Steel Skin. If you Steel Skin and Withering Step afterwards you get both buffs, they are not both guard or blink skills so they should have no interaction with each other I assume.
