Need some advice on my build

I decided to make my own build for the first time this league, and yes i'm sure other people have done similar builds but i did this one almost completely on my own without much inspiration from other builds.

I played 2 cyclone characters this league so i wanted to play something not as OP and mindless, so i crafted a full phys sweep build and im trying to get advice on what gear upgrades/ tree optimizations i can do. It clears metas pretty well in t16 but i need it to be a bit more tanky and to put out a little more damage for bossing. If there are crafted items you think i could make or adjustments to the tree i can do please leave suggestions as i want to get the most out of this build because it's pretty fun and likely the last character im going to play for the league.
