Wanting to try frost blades

Hey all,

As the title states, I want to try a frost blades build but I have a few questions.I plan to do this as a Duelist champion dual wielding claws. Of course I want to maximize defenses and damage, so I have build a tree accordingly.

Q1 - Is it worth going into the fortify nodes, or just picking up claw nodes?
Q2 - would it be more beneficial to use hybrid armor and convert all evasion to armor, or just go straight armor?

The tree I have built is for using hybrid armor and converting. I have also focused on picking up more of the claw specific nodes instead of general phys damage and I have picked up a little dual wield block.

Any suggestions on my tree or does this look sufficient for end game?
