Righteous Fire / Arctic Armor

Do you think this would work rolling with Righteous Fire and Arctic Armor?
Gear:
Amulet: Araku Tiku or something with high life regen/mana regen/fire resist
Belt: Same
Rings: 2 DREAM FRAGMENTS!!!
Chest: fire resist / life and mana regen / high es
Feets: Goldwyrm
Gloves: fire resist / life and mana regen
Helmet: Same
Shield: Saffel's Frame
Weapon: ?

So... What else? Tell me how to do better. Or is this a lost cause?

Its reduced damage PER HIT, since RF doesnt hit i dont think this will work....
