Need advice for Slayer cyclone

Hello all, after a few months, I decided to revamp my old slayer character to cyclone. With all the investment now, I can easily clear most elder maps effortlessly. However, I sometimes feel as if I missed something in my build, since PoB gives a lower DPS than the original guide would give in their explanation. If my current build can be improved significantly, please let me know. Thanks in beforehands.
