Not getting support email

So after skipping out on league and wanting to try out things for the next league I attempted to log in after a long time and got asked to re-type my password. I had forgotten it.
I tried to send a recovery email to no avail, checked my spam, trash,, ads, every section of my mail. Didn't get any mail. I attempted to get a new recovery mail, but my mail is already verified it said. So here I am, posting here. What can I do to remedy the situation? Last bumped on Dec 8, 2019, 1:11:00 PM

If you have checked your spam folders and have tried using the Password Reset Tool again after adding support@grindinggear.com to your exception / white list and contacts list, could you please email us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this matter further for you?
