What is Frenzy?

Seriously what is it, how do i do it?

It's a skill gem and everytime it hits it adds a floating greenball on you that add speed and DMG-u start with 3 but can add more with nodes-plus the attack itself hits for heavy DMG and with the buffs it's a nice build-I'm writing from iPhone so kept it simple

Each frenzy charge starts by offering 5% increased physical damage and 5% increased attack speed. And without passives, you can have up to three frenzy charges at once. They last 10 seconds, however redoing the attack will refresh the duration. Upgrading the gem will increase the damage and attack speed increased per frenzy charge. Frenzy charges are very usefull at attacking bosses and rare enemies.
Lastly there are passives that increase duration of charges, and there is one that increases the maximum number of frenzy charges you can have by one. |

I apologize if this seems really dense of me, but I want to clarify- is there a solid difference between Bow Attack Speed and regular Attack Speed? If so, wouldn't this seem slightly useless to us Rangers other than the damage bonus? Again, if it also counts to Bow Attack Speed, that sounds much better to me, and very useful. Otherwise, there are probably more valuable things to consider.

When it's referred to as just "Attack Speed", it applies to all attacks, melee or ranged, just not spells. When it specifies a weapon type "Attack Speed with Bows", it only applies to that weapon type and nothing else. So yes, regular attack speed works with bows, and therefore Frenzy is very good to use with them.
