Karui Fortress Exit?

I killed the boss of the area, got pantheon from Sin and the exit refuses to appear.

Ive relogged multiple times, gone out of the area and back into it. I cant refight the boss as it consistently recognises it as defeated and Sin is stuck in Lionseye Watch?

Im hardlocked out of progressing any further into the game as all of my options are gone.

Could I get some assistance/ideas from anyone?

The exit to The Ridge is outside of the map boss arena (upper right area of the Karui Fortress map).

for anyone still wondering, the exit can only be seen when you get close to it
