how to replace first anoint of my cowl of the thermophile?

i re-anoint my helmet but it always replaces the second anointment.

an item can only have 1 anointment.

Some blight items allow two anointments. As for changing the first I have no idea.

The cowl can have 2 ENCHANTMENT modifiers.
One of which is a LAB enchant. The other is an anointment. if you have an item with 2 anointments, please link it. |
