72% increased rarity of items found String of servitude belt, when equipped only raises my stat by 72. why, it's supposed to be tripled right? 216% total rarity right?

but the implicit isn't tripled, its the same, so why does it say it triples the implicit when all it does is times it by 1?

"  It IS being tripled, as HarukoTeno said you should try holding down alt. In the image I've added, you can see 2 belts, they are both the same belt. Go to Options --> UI --> Advanced Mod Descriptions and check the option, that way you can see the actual values, I noticed that my belt still says 48% if I have the option turned off.

Technically the belt has nothing confusing.
