Hello, so I made a POE account with my PSN account, is there a way I can use it to play on my PC? Thanks.

sadly no. GGG doesn't support cross platform use for an account.

HanSoloDK is correct I'm afraid. It's currently not possible to transfer Pack purchases between Console realm Path of Exile accounts and PC realm accounts as Bex mentions here.
