Need Optimizations For Impale Flicker Champ

I am attempting to pay a Terminus Flicker strike Impale champ. I have played multiple seasons but never made it very far mapping. This is the first build I have attempted to make myself. I think I have a relatively solid base but it definitely needs some optimization. Particularly in terms of the items. With only 5k HP I feel that I will probably not be able to survive late game bosses. With 122 mana leech rate I am technically mana stable
