Cannot respec ascendancy

I cannot respec minor ascendancy trait. I was able to respec 1 major trait, but cannot respec the minor one. I have so far 2 minor ascendancy invested, cannot respec any of them. I have 4 respec points available.
This bug was present long time ago. Last bumped on Sep 8, 2019, 6:37:19 AM

you know you need 3 respec points for a ascendency respec? age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!

It's 5 points, not 3, that's why OP with 4 can't do it.
