"I have this ring that’s says that if it’s equipped on the right ring socket it will reduce %40 percent reflected physical damage taken. I don’t know if that will equal out with the abyssus. The ring is a sibyls lament coral ring. |

It wont. Reflected damage is different than damage taken "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt."

" Abyssus has nothing to do with reflect. Whenever you take physical damage, Abyssus increases that damage by whatever the percent on your helm says. Other mechanics, such as Fortify, decrease that damage instead. Add your increased-damage-taken sources (such as Abyssus) to the total of your decreased-damage-taken sources (such as Fortify). That's the physical damage modifier you have. There's no way to nullify Abyssus. You can counteract it by stacking other defenses, but wearing Abyssus will always make you easier to kill than not wearing Abyssus does. She/Her

"so what other ways can I take out the damage taken on an abyssus to like 0-10% |

" People have told you. Repeatedly. Abyssus' modifier is the opposite of modifiers like Fortify that say "reduced damage taken". The two modifiers cancel each other out - 40% Increased Damage Taken will nullify 40% Reduced Damage Taken, exactly the same as with damage formulas. She/Her
