Downscaling

Hi guys,

tho I almost ripped my lvl 90 Jugg, hardly losing HP in Tier 10 Maps, to Avarius! I have disabled downscalling, quit sure it was active tho! What did I do wrong?

€ Guess I got it! I have to be the one creating the party! That´s super bad GGG! If I disable it, I want it to be disabled! Bad enough it´s enabled by default! ~~

I believe downscaling is ignored at area level 68+, so you can't blame it in maps at all.

Almost died to Act5 Avarius or Innocence or how ever he´s called! And I have disabled downscalling! Imho this shouldn´t happen! U can be a hardcore nerd without knowing everything about PoE!

€: And at least make it so that u´r HP is downscaled, and not the monster damage upscaled! Than u could realize without knowing the mechanics of ninja downscaling! :p
