How to download Path of Exile PlayStation Plus Bundle?

I got this bundle but there is no way to download this, Is it added automatically to account? How do I receive the helmet and pet in game?

You don't download it, you add it to your account.

All the files for the MTX are in the game file.

Once you click on it on the PS store, you go in game and press the options button and select the Microtransactions option on the top left, it will load up the store and the MTX will be added to your account
