I need help for build to my gladiator phisical damage and life leech or life on hit

I worried about how to build my gladiator. I dont know whats stats work better and whats spells too the only thing i know is it have to use life leech or life on hit and a lot of atack speed with dual wielding.
If you know a guide or you know what is better.

My gladiator is lv 61 right now.
