Which helm is better for Cold Snap + Vortex?

I'm having a hard time deciding between this amazing drop I crafted

and

which has higher tool-tip cold damage over time thanks to the multiplier.

Also there is the previous helm

The best results give you PoB.

If you dont need life or resists , the shaper helmet .


Otherwise the bottom helmet .

I ended up using Rime Gaze because the Vortex damage is highest (cold over time multiplier is amazing), and it gives me a 5th link Concentrated Effect for Cold Snap.

I'm keeping the other two to swap for specific situations.
