Mobs that cause Hinder Debuff

Looking for monsters that cause Hinder debuff. I killed some early on probably in the leveling process but I'm stuck at 12/20 ever since I looked to see what kind of progress I had made.
Anybody have an idea of where those monsters that cause Hinder might be? Either story mode or maps works. Where there's one they're bound to divide it right in two. Last bumped on Jan 4, 2019, 2:29:20 PM

Looking for monsters that cast Blight, Wither, Abyssal Cry or have Aspect of the Spider... Or any other source of the Hinder Debuff.
One of the league challenges this time around is to kill 20 monsters while you are affected by Hinder. Anybody have an idea where I might find such monsters? I was at 12/20 a week and a half ago and am still at 12/20 today, for this particular challenge. Where there's one they're bound to divide it right in two.
