Arctic Armor + Bonechill can it work?
Bonechill has the effect of reducing a monster's ice resistance by the amount of chill effect provided.
If Arctic Armor is linked to Bonechill, does it trigger the resistance effect of bonechill? If you add things to increase the effect of chill, is Arctic Armor also affected? I ask because I am thinking about a Raider Cyclone Discharge with White Wind and Perfect Form making Arctic Armor being free and since it chills and we get tons of Frenzy Charge for Discharge which also gets %100 increased cold damage by keeping the off hand clear, am I wrong in thinking all of this stacks? I think it should work. But to clarify, bonechill does not reduce resistance, but increases the cold damage damage they take.
One thing to note, chills don't stack so if your arctic armor chilled ground is not the strongest (it slows by 10% default) I don't think it will count. |

The bonechill support gem lists as follows "Enemies Chilled by Supported Skills have Cold Damage taken increased by Chill Effect".
There are definitely other effects but thats the portion I am interested in. This would mean on bosses, arctic armour, hypothermia and bonechill would basically increase the cold damage taken by the amount of chill being applied. Arctic Armor has a static 30% slow effect which can be increased by hypothermia (20% increased effect of chill) and I am inquiring if this could apply the increased cold damage taken portion of bonechill (which also increases the chill effect). This would mean any and all nearby enemy would be affected if using cyclone CoC discharge based on cold with the Raider Ascendancy, basically creating an additional bump in damage.
