Champion Flicker Strike thoughts?

Firstly, I'm by no means an "expert" at PoE, nor do I possess the knowledge to create my own custom builds from scratch. I figured I'd give it a whirl though with my starter of 3.5. I'm a Flicker fan but haven't played it in a while so I wanted to give it a go this league. Saw the new Impale stuff and I'm kind of thinking this might help with Flickers single target issues I had in the past with it. Then I also saw the new Master of Metal specialization for Champion. So basically I'm here to get the more experienced players thoughts on how they think this will perform. Again, I just plan to use this as a starter so I don't have any plans to push hard for end game with it. It would more than likely just be more of a map clearer. The only real "required" item would probably be Terminus Est which I typically haven't had much of an issue getting through trade.
