Help Me Fix My Build

I wasn't 100% sure where to post this, but I figure the "Duelist" subforum seemed the best.

So I decided to play the game without any knowledge. Just to go in blind and see what I could do. The problem I'm having is that I'm both too weak and stuck on my build. I have no direction, die a lot, and can't continue the storyline quests. I have joined a few groups that have been doing the storyline, so I can get carried, but I want to go back to being solo.

I'm open to all suggestions on how to improve my build, or what to wear, and I'm even up for working to change a lot of things (using regret orbs). I am 100% willing to change all of my gear, provided the fix to my requires me to. Of course, you can always just view all of my character's information by clicking on my avatar.
