Vaal Outpost not creating the entrance correctly
 The outpost was cleared, I then clicked the pillar to activate the outpost. The red lights turned on but the entrance wasn't created/there is no clickable entrance anywhere on those stairs. Last bumped on Sep 10, 2018, 4:48:13 AM

I've just experienced the same with two Ruined Chambers in a Vaal Outpost.

Same thing happened to me twice already.:
 As soon as it messes up once, all the remaining vault outposts are bugged. I read on reddit that it doesn't happen when you do all the outposts in one go. Hope they fix it soon.Last edited by weavile22#5664 on Sep 5, 2018, 6:28:28 AM

I actually thought that was a feature. :D
Happened in every Vaal Outpost I've seen, usually just one didn't open. The patch didn't fix this, just now I had an outpost where 2 of 4 failed to open. Last edited by Dex#5296 on Sep 5, 2018, 7:10:32 PM
