3.3 Lightning Strike Inquisitor - 1M+ Shaper DPS - Uber Elder Down

Hello there.
Just wanted to make a quick guide after i finally managed to kill Uber Elder with LS. Lightning Strike is one of my favourite skills in PoE, and being able to clear endgame with it felt great. This is the first build that i've also made all on my own that have cleared it all. Pro's & Con's + FUN + Lightning Strike + Versatile when it comes to weapons. + Vaal Lightning Strike is bonkers. - Projectiles not going above ledges etc can be annoying. - For Endgame, you got to put in some currency for it to work smoothly. - Even though we have 80% Max All Res and 6k+ HP, the life recovery can be rough. Gear This is the gear i used to kill Uber Elder. You don't have to use a Sword, you can go with a Claw instead if you want. The reason i went with a sword is because i had this on my Double Striker.

For Atziri! Only thing that needs to be mentioned is that you will have to swap out one of the rings for "Sibyl's Lament" due to the built in Reflect. We will just oneshot ourselves without it. Mapping: you can swap out Kaom's Roots for Voidwalker(pericing) for better clearing. Required Uniques The only required unique would be "Lycosidea". The itemization would be too rough if we needed accuracy also. Skill gems Body Armour Vaal Lightning Strike VLS - Phys>Light - Ruthless - Ancestral Call - Multistrike - WED Why Ancestral call? Mentioned down below at "Playstyle" Shield Blood rage - Lightning Golem - Ancestral Protector Weapon Faster attacks - Fortify - Shield Charge Why Shield Charge? Mentioned down below at "Playstyle" Helm Orb of Storms - Power Charge on crit - Cull - Inc Crit Chance(I have Arctic Armour in for science) Gloves Wrath - Herald Of Ashe Playstyle Why no Curse? As we're an Inquisitor, no curse would improve our damage by alot. I just happend to double corrupt Enfeeble on gloves, it doesnt really do much when it comes to bossing. Why Ancestral call? With AC, you position yourself just outside of melee range in order to AC to hit, and the projectile from you own attack. This makes bossing/mapping smoother overall, not having to take melee hits from em. You can switch it with Melee phys if you dont like it. Why Shield Charge? You can use Leap Slam or Whirling Blades if you want but they have downsides compared to Shield Charge. Whirling blades have a set distance of travel, so you cant choose how far you want to go. Leap Slam feels great while mapping, not so great while bossing due to the character not techinally moving until you've landed.(very bad vs Uber Elder) Passive Tree Path Of Building: https://pastebin.com/ZrN3yu75 Non-PoB users: www.poeurl.com/b0Al Leveling: The path is pretty straight forward. Projectile Piercing can be nice early on for mapping, take the "Piercing shots" node under the Claw wheel until you hit Endgame. Just swap out of em later. Ascendancy Order: 1.Instruments Of Virtue 2.Righteous Providence 3.Augury Of Penitence(just for the Res node before it, easier to itemize with it already taken) 4.Inevitable Judgement Inevitable Judgement wont make any difference until Endgame anyways. Bandits: Kill all, or help Alira if you need the res. Pantheon Uber Elder: Solaris or Lunaris Yugul Atziri/Uber Atziri: Solaris or Lunaris Yugul Shaper: Solaris or Lunaris Yugul Mapping: Solaris or Lunaris Whatever you want. How about switching lyco for a shaper stat stick, getting accuracy and phys instead of elemental dmg on jewels and rings ?
