Randomly started losing both life and mana

I will be playing a map I use totems and all of a sudden my life and mana start dropping quickly i can use my pots which both stop bleeding (im not normally bleeding but what the hell) and it just keeps dropping. Looking at my buffs or debuffs shows nothing that would do this. Looking at my gear also shows nothing as well. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. Even jumping away from enemies does nothing i will literally be standing with nothing attacking and i just die because i have no more pots left to help me out.

Check if either of your flaskes have those mods

He has TWO shimmerons on. at 3 power charges, he is self inflicting 2400 lightning damage per second. power charges last for minimum 10 seconds, and if they're being refreshed it's even longer. 24,000 lightning damage. 75% resist == 6k+ self inflicted lightning damage.


edit: his flasks ARE actually also a problem. his mana flask hurts him too.

Those zero damage Flame Dash crits are a bitch.
