Divine Font(normal)

If I don't use Divine Font during normal mode. Is it gone forever?
Or
Can I re-run Trial on normal mode again and will it be available to me again?

I've been gone from this game for roughly 2 years, just came back Saturdayish. (21April.2018)

You can do the Lab as many times as you want

You get an enchantment (or two or three) every time you run the lab. Higher labs have better mods.

Your ascendancy points are only granted once per lab.

Every time you run the lab, the divine font is there for you to use. Whether you used it last time or not.
