As title, what are the best bases and mods to go with aspect of cat?

" wait so once you kill the beast you can craft multiple times the aspect of the cat skill on any amulet? I thought it was one craft per 1 beast kill meaning you would already have a very good rolled ammy with an open suffix. Domine Non Es Dignus
