Suggestion - Make Spectral Shield Throw WORK WITH LEECH

Was disappointed when I couldn't leech with an attack skill that doesn't state that it doesn't leech.
My suggestion is that we make Spectral Shield Throw Great again!

Well I can leech with it perfectly fine. It is not a weapon, but it is an attack, as a reference I tried it with Bloodseeker.

Maybe it works with leech from weapons then? I just noticed that it wasn't leeching anything with the leech from the tree and was rather disappointed but I haven't gotten the character that I use the skill with too far into the game yet, but hopefully it will work once I get around to playing with that character.

My guess is that you're just not leeching very much and therefore don't notice it, because it certainly does work with the tree.

Yeah I dried Blood Drinker now too, the node next to shadow, I only leech about 3 HP, but it does work. I did unequip everything but the Shield, so no LGoH and I didnt kill the enemy, so Life Gain on Kill.

I also switched to another skill and the leech is also not weaker as any other skill with a similar damage output. The only things people should consider is:

a) Spectral Shield Throw is not a weapon skill

This means Chance to Bleed doesnt give additional physical damage and nodes like Forces of Nature provide no Ele-Penetration.

b) The skill doesnt work too well with projectile modifiers like Chain, Fork or Pierce

Basically the same issue as Fireball.

I am leeching with Vitality Void just fine.
