Queen of Sands

Hello

I am trying to finish the queen of sands quests but when I am reaching the bridge it doesn't work.

I've done the stormblade quest and every single quest from act. When I am looking at my quest list, it says that the stormblade quest is completed and when I am going to Petarus and vanja or sin they are telling me to get the stormblade.

I would really appreciate any help
