Perseverance Belt Armour only?

Why the Belt only work with Evasion + Armour.

It say 1% increase attack amage per 300 from the lowest, but i have no Evasion, so only Armour can count, or not?

But why count the shield



my evasion not as armour? When you say evasion is not here, so it must be armour or not?

It can not be nothing, its in my build... is see it but it does not count

The Shield count only Base Armour and say, i have 4k Evasion. So it make boost 100% from 15.000 AR only 1000 more. But then it must be here work the same.
But here the Belt count not the Base Armour and Evasion. So it must be clarified. Base Stats or Final Stats or Pure Stats.

Your question has been answered twice.

Perseverance takes the lowest value between your Armor (not your BASE armor, not your THEORETICAL armor, not your ARMOR FROM TUESDAY armor - whatever your armor value is at the time you attack) and your Evasion (again, whatever your evasion value is at the time you attack), and gives you 1% attack damage per 300 points of that value.

if you're using Iron Reflexes, which is the only thing I can think of that makes your Evasion Rating zero, then your evasion rating is 0. 0 is lower than ~15k, thus Perseverance uses the lower value (your Evasion rating of 0). It then applies that Evasion rating to its formula, i.e. 0.01* ([EV]/300) = Increased Damage total. Since your EV is 0, and anything multiplied by zero is zero and zero divided by anything else is still zero....your increased damage percentage from Perseverance is zero.

This is the intended function of the belt. You get no damage from it unless you have both armor and evasion. Perseverance is specifically, explicitly, and very publicly intended to be a belt that rewards hybrid Armor/Evasion play, a thing which is otherwise basically never done. You don't get to cheat the mod. Either you have armor AND evasion both, and then you get damage based on the lower of those two scores, or you get no damage from Perseverance.

As a champion with permanent fortify, if you use that belt will you have permanent onslaught also?
Or does it only work with the on melee stun version.

Having Fortify means having Fortify. The belt doesn't care where you got it from.

Also, does everyone remember when perma-Onslaught from this belt was going to Break PoE Forever(TM) because the Champion Ascendancy was so dramatically overpowered and this was going to be a game-breakingly overpowered super-unique?

"you have onslaught while you have fortify". no special conditions about the source involved
