Ruler Of Wraeclast

I just realized this was from the first beta of POE. I went and looked to see what this even meant and saw that one of the perks was you got to create a custom monster. Anyone that has this custom title like to share what monster they created? I'm very curious as to what limitations were brought up in what you could create or was it whatever you kind of wanted? I also wonder if anyone with that title still has the option to create one.

The owner of the title is our beloved Charan and his monster was the.. beloved Plummeting Ursa, aka. drop bear.

I wasnt aware there was more than one. Does one have to abdicate when anoter steps up? Is there a vote? Is it like the pope, and there is a chimney somewhere in New Zealand that burns white/black smoke if one dies?

Haha, oh man I find it funny one of the most annoying monsters I've encountered is the Ursa and its fan made.

When speaking about the Ruler, we don't mention the Ruler.

I read a while ago that there was at least one other ruler. But he/she didn't create a monster, but a unique pet that only they have instead.
