6L Corrupted Astral Plate, 3B3R

So this is my first ever 6-link drop. In Harbinger SSF on my Tornado Shot Ranger. Not going to help me out with that build. What would it be worth if I mule it over to standard? Or does anybody want to suggest a super fun armor based build with a main skill that uses 3 blue and 3 red slots I should roll next and pass it on?
