I love experimenting but just playing with POB, I feel it's just a flat downgrade. DPS and Life take a hit for me, the 6L setup with lvl 20 elemental penetration swapped in for 20/20 elemental focus is just a flat downgrade.

For phys reflect maps you can change back to your Starkonja.
I'm not using anything for power charges and I don't feel that I need to either.
Poacher's mark is too good to change for assassin's mark.
If you can get +1 curse amulet then maybe you can get assassin's mark too but without that I just don't see how to make it work and be able to get both power and frenzy charges

Use Imperial Claws, search for the ones with >2 aps.
