In Path of Exile: The Fall of Oriath, a common theme is that of Chaos and Order. Oriath's slave rebellion is a chaotic uprising against the oppressive order of the Templar Theocracy. The Chaos and Order Mystery Box celebrates this conflict by introducing 38 new microtransactions that represent these two themes. Who do you fight for, Exile? Chaos or Order?

Each box grants you one random microtransaction themed as either Chaos or Order, with value equal to at least that of the box (30 points). The possible outcomes from your mystery box range in value from 30 points all the way up to 320 points! The average reward is worth 110 points, which is 366% of the cost of the box. To see what microtransactions are available, check out the trailer below!

In the interest of being transparent, we're revealing the odds of each microtransaction in the box. They're grouped into three rarities: Common, Uncommon and Rare. The microtransactions within each rarity are equally likely. Here are the odds of receiving a microtransaction from each rarity:

  • Rare: 20%
  • Uncommon: 35%
  • Common: 45%

We're also sharing the prices of each microtransaction in the box to make it easier to decide whether or not you'd like to wait to purchase your desired microtransaction in the store later, or try your luck at getting it now from the mystery box!

The microtransactions contained in this mystery box will all be available from the store approximately one month after the Harbinger League ends.

After purchasing some Chaos and Order Mystery Boxes, you can find them in the Consumable section of the microtransaction stash in-game waiting to be unwrapped. Our new microtransaction system makes opening the mystery boxes and tracking their results a lot more convenient than before.

Note that these Mystery Boxes have random outcomes. Some items are rarer than others (as listed above). You are guaranteed to get an item that is worth at least what you paid for it (30 points) and it's statistically more likely that you'll receive something of higher value.

Outside of microtransaction value, there are no guaranteed outcomes. Duplicate items are possible.

We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has purchased a mystery box from any of our expansions! Mystery Boxes have been a huge driving force in our ability to continue to create new content like The Fall of Oriath. Thank you so much for your continued support!

Darn, now I have to accidentally purchase the beast supporter pack to fuel my sickness
Where are the Harbinger supporter packs?

Will the Oriath packs be made cheaper since buying it now makes the beta access part of it useless?

Will my wife come back?

In a month or so, obviously, just like every other box.
No fireworks? Cool, that will be a good box.
The order stuff looks quite good, but the chaos stuff looks f****** amazing! Imagine a marauder with all the chaos stuff on, that would be dope!

No, they won't be cheaper. The Beta key was treated as an extra.
