The Fall of Oriath - How to Download the Closed Beta through Steam

To play The Fall of Oriath Closed Beta through Steam, follow these steps:

1) Right click 'Path of Exile' in your Steam Library and click Properties:


2) Navigate to the Betas tab and select 'beta - The Fall of Oriath Beta' from the drop down list:

Note: Do not enter your beta key on this window. Clicking 'Close' will save your changes.

Your game will now patch The Fall of Oriath Beta content and will connect to the Beta realm when launched.

To play on the live realm again you will need to repeat these steps and select "NONE" in the Betas drop down menu.

Redeeming a Key:
If you have a beta key to redeem for your Steam account, you need to redeem it here: https://www.pathofexile.com/shop/redeem-key

Returning to the non-Beta client:
Because the Beta client patches over your regular Path of Exile client, if you wish to return to playing the current 'Live' version of the game, you'll need to re-download most of the game again.
