Explosive Arrow Not working properly in certain conditions

Hello,
i have a Explosive Arrow Build and i tend to use it along with grater multiple and chain,
i use a quill rain and my attack speed is usually 4.67 per second, and when i put the totem which has EA and GMP and chain , sometimes the skill doesnt work properly on bigger mobs that get closer to the totem and the arrows dont explode properly and are jsut kept stuck on that mob like forever

oh and 1 more thing , i am level 31 ranger ...
the fuses dont seem to explode in some cases and are just sticking out of mobs even after they die , fuse are supposed to blow when the mob dies right ? but they keep on sticking and sometimes makes it harder to farm.. if u need a video recording or any screenshot of that please let me know ... the combo i used was :
Explosive arrow, Ranged Attack totem, Greater multiple Projectiles, Chain

and i use Quill Rain bow which gives me total attack speed of 4.67 with frenzy ..
Just an FYI if you're shooting explosive arrow that fast, if an explosive arrow hits a target, and then another one hits the same target - the counter for when it explodes is reset by the second explosive arrow. It will continue to reset as explosive arrow stacks and does more damage up to a certain point - I believe it does a 4 or 5 stack on the explosive arrow, so stacking more fuses into the mob will result in higher damage but will take longer to explode.

After the stack limit though, the damage increase stops and you're stuck with just continuing to shoot more arrows into the mob and reset the explosion timer. So, explosive arrow takes some counting when facing higher HP mobs - for maximum effective damage.

but after the totem is dead after shooting few arrows, they should EXPLODE right ? even if it is 10 fuses, it should explode in these 2 conditions , first when the timer stops resetting and second, if the mob with fuses on it , dies, then it should explode. but in some cases the arrows dont blow off and the mobs just keep chasing me for more than 20 seconds i waited and still they didnt explode, they are just stuck on that mob and he walks around with 10 or more fuses on him which are not exploding. check the below image, those few mobs have had the fuses on them for more than 15 seconds AFTER my totem died ... not exploding even for 5 fuses of damage.

I also have this exact issue using LMP explosive arrow ranged attack totem.
I believe it occurs when the totem is stunned or frozen or otherwise interrupted.
You frequently can replicate the issue by casting the totem in a group of mobs.
I have confirmed a visual bug exists with explosive arrow, it frequently occurs where your arrows don't visually explode, and the fuse will stay lit, but this is a purely visual issue.

The damage is being dealt, and they are exploding, but aside from the life decreasing, the sound, and the on-hit effect playing, there is no actual reaction from the arrows themselves, this is a bug and we will improve it.
