Donald Trump and US politics

White males being able to decide they aren't white males is p.much the epitome of privilege. While we're at it, I wonder if Sarah has ever considered how her "America is a third world dictatorship" sounds to those of us who actually live in third world dictatorships.

As you pointed out in your signature, I do not have to provide proof when it comes to politics.

Remember when I won a screenshot contest and made everyone butt-hurt? Pepperidge Farm remembers.
What I find amazing is all those folks (especially the ones in other countries with leaders of their own who disqualify them from throwing stones) who stridently insist that I should regret my vote for President Donald J. Trump.

Really?

He topped the 50% voter satisfaction level with me merely by not being Hillary Rodham Clinton. Everything else he does (landing Neil Gorsuch on SCOTUS, firing Comey, launching the vote fraud investigation, securing more jobs for Americans, conducting foreign policy that doesn't involve performing metaphorical fellatio on other world leaders, spooking criminal aliens into watching their backs, again (as well as not coming in nearly the numbers they had been), not taking shit off Li'l Kim)... All that is gravy, PLUS he's driving the Proggies wild.

Bad news, gloom-'n'-doomers: President Trump isn't nearly done, yet. Those of us who appreciate all of the above are in for a treat, and there's precious little the rest of you, the chattering class, or all the SJWs in the world can do to change that. Will President Trump accomplish everything he set out to? Prolly not. Does that bother me? Nope, because I'm not stupid. No POTUS can expect to overcome all opposition. As far as I'm concerned, Donald Trump overcame all the opposition he needed to on November 8, 2016. Now he's President Trump, and he's going to upset the apple cart, while the Left eats itself alive.

FOX is still MSM, normie.

Of course the world would be a worse place without liberals. Many of us so-called "Trump supporters" are liberals. Really.

Let's recap, shall we:
> Obvious criminal Clinton found to have broken classified information handling law multiple times but strangely not indicted
> Clinton camp conducts prolific election fraud and covers up by banning exit polls ... no, not against Trump, against Bernie
> Clinton camp instructs media to favor "Pied Piper" candidate Trump to secure him GOP nomination
> Clinton camp believes it can't lose and Clinton stops campaigning for part of campaign
> WikiLeaks releases DKIM-verified emails proving all of the above after Clinton camp proves to have essentially zero cyber security.

In the main timeline, Bernie Sanders is probably POTUS right now, because only in a world where the Democratic Party is almost unbelievably corrupt AND incompetent could such a joke candidate be allowed by a party to fuck up literally everything in an elecion, to include the GOP nomination.

If you are a staunch conservative, you shouldn't be praying for the death of the Democratic Party; as long as they're around and unreformed, GOP should dominate. But if you're left or even centrist, you should be praying for the death of the Democratic Party. Look at the results, for fuck's sake: Donald Fucking Trump is President. And no, it's not Russia, there's no evidence. I'd say the Dems lost fair and square, but it's way worse than that: they rigged their own loss.

Liberals need to let the Dems die, start over. Or really reform the Dems from the inside out. Until they do, more Dems will jump ship to the GOP, making it a more centrist, more resonant party.

Oh, and same deal with media. The death of the MSM wouldn't be the end of the press, but a much-needed new beginning. It's already well under way; YouTubers are taking over.

You gave an explanation about why the "death" and possible reform of the democratic party would be something good, and although there might have truth to it, I doubt it's the same thing that many Trump supporters wish for. I don't think that when they cheer Trump's victory, while scorning and gloating at Dems they are wishing for reform in the democratic party.

But even so that is not quite the point I was trying to make. My point is that Trump Voters, and maybe even republican voters, put politicians in office that could do harm to them, and honestly that's not the biggest problem(that is something that could happen when it comes to any politician), the problem is that when that possible harm is becoming reality, they don't oppose their own guy, even though it's against their interest.

I think most are glad when the opposite party just shows up to defend their interest, but they aren't vocal about it, even worse, they act like people from the "other team" is what is wrong with the society (I think that if I looked this very topic I would find quite a few posts saying that).

So, yeah, they won't say "thank you" when people are protesting against something that harms them, but they are the first ones to throw stones and overreact when people are protesting for things they disagree with.

When it comes to the Trumpcare I think there are more Trump supporters that swallow their pride and join forces with the "other team", but that is because their lives are at stake, you need to go that far for them to be willing to reach across the aisle. But when it comes with things that are harmful, but just to the point that they will think it will only inconvenience them, like net neutrality, or net privacy, environment protection (who the hell is in favor of dumping coal waste on streams?), they just act passively and hope for the best.

And of course, if they are not vocal about it, their representatives take it as being supportive *eyeroll*.

--------

About the death of the MSM, yeah, I don't think it will be the death of the press, in fact, I only follow things through youtube and news websites + writers on twitter.

But the thing is, when Trump slaps the press, Trump supporters cheer as a slap to the MSM. When Spicer refuses to answer questions, when they pull something to leave reporters in the dark, everyone goes like "YEAH! TAKE THAT CNN!!!".

I would love if youtube replaced the MSM, but the way things are now, most youtubers aren't really journalists, they are just guys that deliver the news. Journalists that are out there are having lots of problems with this administration, but trump supporters are cheering their misfortune, because this is what "winning" is about (Trump bashing people=winning).

I think that even when the MSM try to mislead you, truth will eventually come to light, because if it is a lie then it has it flaws. But when things are not reported, you don't have anywhere to start from, and everything gets even way more murky.

Some people laughed when Trump locked reporters on a room at Mar-a-Lago that had its windows sealed, so they couldn't take pictures of him golfing, some people might not even mind that he allowed the russian press on his meeting but didn't allow the american press, but like @Charan said, this sets precedence.

Today it's your President that is doing this, today is the guy that you elected that is going outside of the guidelines to do crazy shit, tomorrow might not be the same. Maybe your party will elect another "Trump", but this time, *you* personally don't like this one. Tomorrow it might be someone from other party, will Trump supporters become hypocrites and criticize him for doing shit that Trump did all the time?

It might not need even another person, the presidency can very well be like a marriage, at first everything is fine, but after some years you start believing that the person you exchanged vows is not the same you are married now. If this time come, pray that you still have a free press, so you will know if "Trump" is the same "Trump" you voted for.

Sorry, what signature? Oh, you mean this signature? Sounds familiar. Still, you have to wonder who'd actually say it and mean it. I think they were just trolling to be honest.

You have permission to put my name in the signature. I want people to know that a proud American and Trump supporter made it into your signature. Also, it's not trolling if it's the truth.

All I know or care about politics is that this should have been Donald Trumps theme song:
