Breach LAG!!!
So I have played POE for around 4 years now and iv always respected the fact that GGG is CONSTANTLY fixing issues correcting shortfalls and paying very close attention to what fans and what they them self's see is being a issue. TILL NOW??? There are COUNTLESS reports of lag issues latency issues this breach league why all the sudden is nothing being done about these complaints... I also understand how a company works and there could be continued countless hours being put into fixing this yet no information on what is being done is being posted its got a lot of players that i play with looking for different games to play and or taking long breaks bc of it. Is there any way 1) you could please address with some sound information what is causing it and even better if there is a fix easily found on the site. or 2) could you please work on this issue I am a huge supporter of poe i support by telling ppl all the good things it has to offer and i also support by giving the game cash in return for fake stuff just to help support them and keep the game up and running smoothly, however smoothly is just not happening as of late... plz help/fix this breach lag!

I found this on reddit, and it worked for me. You might want to give this a shot if you have a regular SATA hard drive instead of an SSD.
First off, you need to exit POE completely. The game uses files in the folder I'm going to tell you about while it's running, thus you will not be able to follow these instructions with the game running. Make sure the game is *completely* closed - that means go into your Task Manager by right clicking on your taskbar next to your system clock and select Task Manager, then end Path of Exile's process. If you do not see Path of Exile in your task manager, it means the game is completely closed out, and you may continue with these instructions. Go to where you put your loot filter. In case you don't know, that's C:\Users\*YourWindowsUsername*\My Documents\My Games\Path of Exile. (Replace "*YourWindowsUsername*" with the name you use to log into Windows, of course.) Delete everything in the Minimap folder. Seems strange, but it worked, at least for me. That should give you a workaround until GGG can fix the lag during Breaches (if it can be fixed.) I've never heard of this happening with PoE on an SSD either. I have an SSD on this machine, and the game runs very good here... so long as it's not Prime Time for my area, LOL! Even then though, I won't get lag just with breaches, it will happen at random throughout the game. I assume this only happens to you when you open breaches, correct?
