Why is the Scourge Claw so much more expensive than other similar unique claws?

Why is the Scourge Claw SO much more expensive on poe.trade than other similar unique claws such as Rive or Allure?

Being able to increase your DPS more with minion damage modifiers and you already 70% increased minion damage from hitting recently, so it is easy to maintain it. On top of that, it is already a great physical weapon claw. Not too sure about the spectral wolf since I have not experienced using those claws yet.
Sometimes you can take the game out of the garage but you can't take the garage out of the game.

" this. even though GGG has long said they will "address" double dip in the future, the axe has not fallen quite yet. So many players build around it. Minion damage is able to double dip. Thus, The Scourge allows instant 70% or 140% (if dual wielding) double-dipping increased damage to boost up your Poison and Hit damage at the same time, and more than that if someone is arsed to build around The Scourge. (it does the same thing for Ignite and Bleeding, but those are not as popular to the larger portion of the market) Need game info?
