Any way to buy more than one item at a time yet?

Trying to convert my hoard of scrolls into some jews I could use is going to a be a long process liable to cause me to develop a twitch. Any way to buy stacks from vendors yet? I found a few threads griping about this and the answer was no... but they were old. Years old. I was hoping things were better now.

But as for vendors, the best you get is ctrl-clicking one at a time.
