Confine mouse to window & poe sudden minimizing

this doesn't seem to work right. i notice the problem the first time i log in yesterday evening after that big update.

this occurs when im playing my pointer suddenly got out easily in poe window. i double check the option menu and the "confine mouse to window" is still checked. i log out and try again but its still happening!.

i try unchecking that option and checked again. then it worked,my pointer is confined inside the window. however when i log in again this morning its happening again.

Please FIX :)..

and im also adding this bug or i dont know what to call on this!..

when my poe window is the background of any window im using like firefox or winamp player, when i choose the poe window..it will just minimize and hide behind my windows tab.

i don't know if this also happens to anybody and also of there's already a link regarding this problem.
