Zealoth's Oath need help

I have a question about running Zealoth's Oath. Im testing around a build atm and running vitality with zealoth's oath but with my regeneration, there is still a cooldown with my ES shield. I thought the regeneration would be instant with vitality+zealoth's oath. Am I missing something here?

Yes. Regeneration and Recharge are two seperate things. With Zealot's Oath, you will REGEN your Energy Shield. Your ES RECHARGE will still behave like it always does, after a time without taking damage, the recharge kicks in.

If you want your Recharge to start faster, then the Essence Surge passive cluster and Soulstrike Quiver are good sources.
