Stop keys to inactive members.
I think it is pretty useless to provide inactive members beta keys, let them active members get a key in the first case, so the active memebers can do some serious beta testing to make it a bug-free game faster.
What does you all think about that? //Taurus1979

As GGG have said again and again, how do you know they are inactive? Plenty of people lurk on forums and don't log on / post.

" Yea how do I know if they are inactive or not? they don't log in, they don't even want to collaborate and/or share ideas which is critical in alpha/beta stage. We are in beta phase, it is all about making the game improve, and yet those people just want to play, okay I know, not everybody can or want to share ideas. Okay, now since we don't know if they are dead or alive, what about making this clear, we need to make this sure and clear for everyone. The key that was sent to an user whose account was created in March 14 2011 (per example) and last moment he logged in was EXACTLY the same moment, we need to make sure that code is going to be used, so if the beta key code is not used within 24, 48, 72 hours at max (to make it fair) should be sent to someone who is active (so then we ensure everyone that 99% of keys that are sent will be used, otherwise what's the reason of sending thousands of keys for no reason? for no profit? that's ridiculous.) I concur. For what other reason would you release a beta? I think it's a great idea. If someone doesn't want to use their key, I would gladly take it off their hands.

I, for one, have been following the game since I heard about it a little while back. I would check the news/forums occasionally though the day but I never signed in or felt a need to post my two cents. I only recently started because it was suppose to increase my chances getting into beta. So I don't think going off their signup date and last sign on date can be truly a good measure for everyone.

If people are going to lurk and not log in (today's browsers keep you signed in anyway so its not like its a hassle) then why do they deserve a key? There should be a cutoff point for last login and if those people still want a key, they'll see that they need to log in and then log in. It's just ridiculous that people who havent logged in in 6+ months are getting keys when they likely have forgotten about the game.
They should at least have some sort of sign up form for beta and pull the lottery from that so all of the keys are going to people who are still following the game and want to contribute to making it better. |

" I agree 100% with taurus about this! |

" That is what I call inactive. What the fuck they do in the beta then? They just play the game and don't give any feedback. Good betakey wasted. |
