Orbs of Fusing

Hello.
I play very casual, and started PoE a while ago. Currently i am 74 and try to get a 5L done. I had at around lv 67/68 around 100 Orbs of Fusing and used them. But after that i got zero Orbs of Fusing to drop. I am not sure where i got my first ~100, but i think it was while normal play. Are there some special maps where they drop and i am just past them? Zero Orbs of Fusing while ~6 Level of normal play (normal progression through the acts) sounds weird to me. Last bumped on Jun 13, 2017, 9:15:31 PM

Fusing should drop normally in every area, but it's usual to run a zone and not see any. going from 68-74 you'd expect to see a few of them though. Are you getting other currency drops?

they are not that common a drop and there is no vendor recipe. The most efficient way to get fusings (without trading) is getting vorici master to lvl 6 and doing his daily. He will sell you 20 fuse for 64 or so jewelers orb. If you are trying to 5/6 link something make sure it is 20% quality!!!

I tried first to get 6L, and had around 3 x 5L while doing this with my ~300 Jewelers Orbs i had. Then i did read a bit and saw that a 6L is not that common :-) I took the next 5L i could get. |

The easiest way to farm up ALOT of fusing orbs fast is have Vorici in your HO and do his daily everyday and for 64 Jewelers you can get 1 Stack of 20 Fuse everyday. If you keep Elreon in your HO with him thats 20 Jewelers for 32 Alits as well to go towards this.
You could also go even further by having Haku in your HO for 20 Alts for 64 Augs to help in buying Elreons Jewelrs but ive found it hard to keep consistent Augs for his every single day. And alts and jewelrs seem to drop enough to keep Eleron and Vorici paid everyday anyway. There is a fine line between Consideration and Hesitation. The former is Wisdom, the latter is Fear. An alternate method of getting a 5 link is to buy a white chest 5 link allready and then craft it to a reasonable standard
white 5 links sell for as little 2 chaos use alterations to get 2 desired stats usually high life and a good resist then regal it to add a third stat then use a master bench to add a 4th if availible You want to try and find a 6 socket 5 link , the 6th being effectively a utility slot . Also if you have a budget of say 15 chaos you can also find rare 5 link chests with some nice stats or some uniques sell for 1ex as 5 link depending on the rolls use the below website to search and buy http://poe.trade/ Last edited by Rogueweapon#2320 on Apr 13, 2016, 12:45:49 PM

Yeah, they're not a common drop. Vorici has already been mentioned. 6S items drop quite frequently on maps, sell them for those 7 jeweller's orbs and buy fusings from Vorici/ the vendors.

I advise you to just buy a 5link item than craft it yourself. It is much cheaper that way.

Do keep in mind that Vorici's missions are a pain to do. Especially the "keep the guards alive is hard to do. First one fell to multistrike having a whack at a guard, second entirely my fault at coc Blade Vortex, the last one failed because I forgot to take out the Riposte gem.
