White Item Filter Fix ??

Hi there everyone, back in the closed beta there was an checkbox in the UI options that said "Filter white items" and I checked it... Now I want to remove that option but the checkbox is not there anymore... How to fix this issue?

I unninstalled and re-installed the game and issue still persists... anything regarding game registry??

I'm not exactly sure how to do it but you can go into the games files and change it from there. Someone else will probably post how to do that. Anyways, you probably won't want to filter white items. You should be picking up 3 Linked Red Blue Green gears, they vendor for one chroma. Also, 5 linked gear has a possible drop at around level 30, and you really don't want to miss those, they're very rare. Also, if you somehow accidentally missed a 6 link because you have white items turned off... that'd be a real shame.

Go in C:\Users\account name\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile and edit production_config with notepad and set "filter_white_items=true"

Exactly Origination, that's why I want to Enable it again. I checked that back in the day when I played closed beta...

i would like to see a filter like this:


[0/1] always show this item or higher [white/blue/yellow/orange]

[0/1] HIDE white items < 3 sockets
[0/1] HIDE blue items < 3 sockets

[0/1] MARK (with red outline) ITEMS WITH FOLLOWING STATS:

- stat 1 [>= amount]
- stat 2 [>= amount]
- stat 3 [>= amount]
- stat 4 [>= amount]
- stat 5 [>= amount]

stat 1-5 by dropdown menue.


[0/1] SHOW minions as red glowing circle on ground only

I'd like to see a range of about 5-10 filter levels that I could set independently of each other and scroll through them with my mouse wheel.

a few simple checkboxes would do the job just fine..

things like this have been requested hundreds of times already, but it seems that devs just ignore them... I would love to see a patch with a few new features/fixes rather than a new useless gem or a unique that 99.9% of us will never drop.
