Q&A with the Developers!

-Any plans on releasing information on the entire API available for developers? I specifically mean the word of mouth API that some people know, but only a few truly understand. I would love to build some web apps for the game but I have not been able to piece together all of the API, or its functionality that I would need to build complete applications.

-Would GGG ever be interested in letting students work online or any other available method in an internship in any aspect of GGG so they can gain work experiences? If the answer is yes you will be hearing from me.

-When looking at a portfolio for any programmer would you say that having whole projects (Games, websites, apps, etc.), or code samples to demonstrate skills with "X", which would be preferred?

-Any recommended books, projects, inspiration, programming languages, or tools for a student of game development?

-Why was POE built in a custom engine instead of a pre-built engine? If POE was being rebuilt from scratch today would you still use a custom engine?

-Note: Sorry if any of the questions I brought up have already been asked, but I did not have the patience to read through each reply.

I just wanna clarify about the "UNSTOPPABLE" in Juggernaut under Marauder.

Am I still able to move even stunned or frozen?
If so, can I attack continuously?

My leech build dies alot when I got stunned, frozen, or any condition that halts my leech.
So, unstoppable would be a good skill to have in my situation.

the question about the game engine was also asked in the previous q and a. i remember the answer being at that time they found no other suitable engines for their needs.

Ctrl+R/Ctrl+Alt+R rotates decorations 90°. :-)
Will u change the flat life regen on Coral amulet to % regen ??

Why isn't Clever Construction (or a weaker version of it) built into Traps and Mines by default? It really sucks to be forced into taking this Notable every time I want to make a Trap/Mine build.
Questions:

- Can we make Whirling Blades work with two handed swords please?

- Why did you nerf Leap Slam range to 60? Leap Slam is now nearly unusable as a pure movement skill and feels cluncky as hell. Can we buff the range up and make it a movement skill again please? (nerf the damage if needed)


Two handed attack builds don't have a good movement skill anymore due to the nerf to Leap Slam. Even before the nerf Whirling Blades was still superior because of it's unmatched speed.
So... can two handed attack builds please have a decent movement skill? Thank you GGG!

How much CPU time is spent just generating random numbers? Lots of players attack lots of monsters that drop lots of loot. How can your servers handle that much entropy?

What is the most CPU-intensive task, if not RNG?
