Controlled Destruction - RF

Hi I've been curious for a while and no one in global seems to have an answer. The Controlled Destruction skill gem links with RF in the tool tip, however I don't feel like it's actually doing. Does anyone know wether it affects the skill or if it's just a tooltip error?

Damage over time is not spell damage
when you cast RF the spell applies a buff on you. Applying a buff does not deal any damage IGN: Eric_Lindros

" It might be possible that said 0 damage can be increased by 25% more, though... resulting in 0 damage, but still. Added Fire Damage can apply to weird things, too. |
