RoA+blast radius

Looking for someone who has used blast radius + rain of arrows. Just wondering if it works well with rain of arrows.
I tried blast radius with firestorm and it was awful. Missed way to much. Is minic a gheibhean beal oscailt diog dunta!

The spread of arrows will be wider (kinda like firestorm).

Rain of Arrows is simply a flat AoE. The arrows are purely visual.
